Helis Suites Bitez

Çok özenli yapılmış bir suite, tüm eşyalar kaliteli ve konforlu. Görünüşte her şey harika fakat yetersiz personel sebebiyle bir çok aksaklık yaşadık. 3 gün boyunca soğuk su ile duş aldık, havuzda devir daim yok bu sebeple çok sağlıklı değil, mutfak eşyaları yoktu (tabak/çatal/tencere). Restoran kısmı da aktif olarak çalışmıyor. Fakat çalışan tüm personeller özellikle resepsiyon ve restorandaki arkadaşlar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Özellikle onlara teşekkür etmek isterim. Ve hayvan dostu bir işletme❣️

Very impressed with the property; it exceeded our expectations. Set a short walk away from the water, it is an oasis itself. The staff were attentive and parking was available just outside the property. It was off peak season, so it may be more challenging in high season to find parking.

Very uncomfortable beds 🥲

My recent stay at Helis SuitesBitez Hotel's one-bedroom apartment left me with mixed feelings. The hotel's location, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, offered convenience and a pleasant environment. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also noteworthy, contributing to a generally positive experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They were attentive and went out of their way to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. However, there were notable drawbacks. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay in February. Additionally, the bed in the apartment was quite uncomfortable. It was made up of two separate mattresses combined, with a noticeable hole in the middle. This setup made for a restless night's sleep, as the gap between the mattresses was bothersome and disrupted our rest. These aspects certainly warrant attention for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t good at all!
