Very nice facilities such as pool etc.

There was absolutely nothing in the apartment, no cups Glasses are any kitchen utensils which was very strange. When we rang reception to ask about them they sent Somebody up with a corkscrew and two glasses. They would not Leave the corkscrew!!! No cups for tea or Coffee.

Beautiful property, quite area and close to everything. Staff are very professional and friendly.

We went on 3 till 11th of september. It was quit and there were not a lot of guests which I like. The suites are located in a green and beautiful environment. They are super comfortable, clean, the matras is good and climatronic is available. Every day we had clean towels, ladies of the cleaning service are nice, taxi’s all the time, and busses are nearby. Crew is very nice and helpful. Especially Mehmet Can had a smiling face every day. Most of them are students who work hard to save money to be able to go to the University. The pool is wow! The water is perfect! The beach is 350 m. from location. Restaurants are all over the place! Youth love the place Gümbet who is a place nearby with lots of bars and dancings. I recommand Helis Suites in Bitez and will come back! If I have to mention something that could be better it will be the internet.

Amazing in every way! The staff were very attentive to guests, always smiling and helping with whatever requests.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und stets bemüht. Ab und zu gab es beim Frühstück längere Wartezeiten.
