The pool overlooking Kuta Beach was amazing. The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly, next level customer service. Food was great, loved the buffet breakfast

Great location and the lobby area is well decorated. Roof top is nice but pool area is small.

Balconies are dirty slabs of concrete looking directly into the neighbouring hotels storage rooms. No seating or any ability to enjoy them. We also had to get the cleaners back after we had checked in due to noticing a lot of areas of the room that had not been cleaned.
