Location is perfect, room tidied and all you need, friendly staff across the whole hotel, from reception team, top floor team, even the cleaners. I felt like home

A very extraordinary hotel. The interior is very aesthetic, the room is spacious and very clean, the service of the staff is amazing. Our WO team from 99 is the first time doing an event here and it is really served amazingly by the staff, especially the sales of Kak Mira is really humble and helpful for us WO team, she gave us mineral water and ice by offering us, i think she have a good heart of service us WO. The food is really delicious and the event venue is also very aesthetic. Highly recomment for those of you who want to stay here especially if you want to organize an event here, it's really good. I will definitely come back again🥹🫰🏼

Thank you for the good cleaning and making up the room by trainee, Rangga, satisfying breakfast and worth of a value apart from quite a litlle crowded of traffic to reach the hotel.

View from the room couldve been better, but guess that depends on the room you get. Otherwise the view from the rooftop with the infinity pool makes up for everything Thumbs ip
