DEThe location is good. Staff is friendly, sometimes a bit understaffed i feel. But they try to give you a good service. Breakfast is basic and a bit lite for me. But there are many nice places around to go for a second round for small money.
There are bars close by which play there music louder than usual. Try to ask for a room not directly on the street side
