The cottage was warm, cosy and beautifully decorated. Situated in a quiet spot in beautiful countryside but all our favourite spots in Northumberland were easy to get to.

Had a wonderful stay at Hetton Byrn. Location was remote which we love, 5 miles to the nearest shop and pub, great routes for walking and something to do in every direction. Well placed and great hospitality by owners. Would recommend to anyone with dogs/1 young child. Beautiful place with a lovely homely feel.

Lovely and clean, comfy bed and great log burner

It was great overall, if I had to pick one thing the shower could be a bit more powerful but all in all a great stay.
