Convenience and price

Even though there was good security, we saw quite a few persons wandering the lobby and hallways in their robes, pajamas, and slippers. Also with their dogs. They looked like they were living there long-term. Also, the floors above us were rather loud as where the hallways. Throughout the night.

"Unattended front desk"

The room was decent and clean but found someone's contact lens on the bathroom floor next to the tub...... Tells me floor wasn't cleaned very well.

Everything has a price!! Internet wi-fi at this facility you have to pay for it!! Plus they charge you for towel usage. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Also, apparently the front desk "takes a lunch break" for over an hour on swing shift (between 6 & midnight) and leaves the front desk unattended! During this time, I had an issue, 2 people were waiting because their room key wasn't working, the fire alarm went off because someone burned their food and stunk up the entire 1st floor, another person had issues with the room above making extreme noise, and more! 🙄🤨 Why would the hotel leave the front desk unattended when guests are needing things and other issues going off?? Very unprofessional!!
