They called be 24 hrs before saying they had to move locations due to plumbing, so they tell us to go to a different one, we get there and they don't have a reservation and are very cold and unfriendly, finally find out they sent us to the wrong one and it was a different one, all to find out they messed it up on the transfer and only gave us one queen bed for 3 men

I was very disappointed because the blankets didn't appear to be very clean and had a slight order to them, like old tobacco, also the sheets literally had human hair stuck on them which really disgusted me. I normally would bring my on sheets, but neglected to do it this time. I definitely won't make that mistake again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Wasn’t sure if there was supposed to be hand soap, or small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. There was an empty shampoo bottle on the bathtub when I checked in.

Nothing.

Bed uncomfortable, walls/doors paper thin.

I felt like being a home . It was really really clean .
