The room had a musty smell and there was alot of noise from the room upstairs.

Upon arrival, there was no one available at the front desk and I had to wait for at least five minutes before anyone came to assist which I thought was odd considering it was early enough in the day that someone should’ve been available as it was during office hours around 4 PM that I was looking to check in. There was a used tampon in the trash basket when I first arrived, and it seemed like the bedding wasn’t cleaned. I was surprised that the Wi-Fi was not provided or easily accessible. The walls are very thin so I could hear everyone around me and while this isn’t the workers fault a couple right across the hall from me was arguing for about four hours from the hours of 11 PM to around 3 AM and at some point a worker of the hotel had come up and asked if they could help with anything, but there was no resolution at that time as it proceeded to be a disruption for an extended period of time, resulting in poor and lack of sleep.

Overall, the facilities there were mediocre hotel, and all grounds needs a good cleaning. It was definitely no frills. There are no extra towels. There was minimal soap to wash your hands. But if you just need a bed to sleep in, this is a place to go to. The linens were low standards but clean I guess. I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this before it’s not even Motel 6 standards. I would definitely turn the light off ha ha

The price was...fine. the location was easily accessible. The property was new and quite clean.

Oh my goodness the bed was a brick. Had to ask for more blankets to try to soften it. Didn't work. Room had a kitchenette, but utensils were only available as rentals. Glad for two plastic cups in the bathroom. No blow dryer. No iron in the room. They had one to share with guests but it was not available when I needed it. The side of the tub was oddly high.
