It was a big unit.

There is an unclear relationship with Hyatt. We were told we would have total access to the Hyatt resort was long as we wore a special bracelet. The only area off limits was the fitness center at the resort but we could use the fitness center at the golf clubhouse. No problem we’re rule followers. We had a very disturbing incident at the gate to the Hyatt resort. My wife was going to the public beach behind the resort, (not using any Hyatt facilities) She had her bracelet, they had her name. They stopped her and turned her away. The staff member even got in touch with their supervisor and they still denied her entry. It seems like renters get treated like 2nd class compared to “owners”.

Beautiful clean spacious tranquil gave us a grand experience in PR. Staff was on point. We golfed, went swimming in all pools, beautiful private beach just amazing.

Nothing to say that I didn’t like. Garbage disposal stopped working the morning of the day we left but that can happen anywhere even at home.
