Stayed here one night. Room had mold on the walls, holes in curtains and sheets, and an unidentifiable chemical odor. (Before you ask, it was too late in the day to cancel my reservation and go elsewhere.) In addition to my room deposit, I checked my bank account three days later and, after doing some digging, found out that they’re trying to charge me for a damaged TV set that I did not even touch. I‘ve filed an official complaint, but I’m not hopeful. Do not stay here.

I spent 4 days and nights and was really pleased with my stay. The staff Juan and Amanda were awesome. I will stay here there again when I need to get a Motel room. Its a 5 min walk to Dennys and the Mets Transit bus line. Whoop Whoop!!

Room was clean,nice area for pets,and checkin was super fast compared to other hotels.The staff was friendly.Mrs Ginny at the front desk was very nice.My family enjoyed a nice stay at this motel 6. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and a cat.

I stayed there in October. I checked the corners of the bedding for bugs when I checkec on because the cleanliness of the room was questionable. I didn't see anything at that point. However, at 2 a.m. I woke to find bugs on the book I was reading and threw back the blanket which was infested with bedbugs. I called management who said they fumigate frequently. and therefore there couldn't be any bugs even after showing him. What I terrible experience! While the hotel refunded my money, they refuse to pay for my medical expenses ( I was horribly bitten on my face arms and legs), loss of clothing left behind, or any other compensation. The place is dirty and the management has no desire to keep customers happy.

Beware, Safety & cleanliness! I first got there and I went ahead and accidentally assigned myself to the handicap room, the room smelled really bad and it had holes on the blankets ( took pictures of it) it was very nasty smelling so I complained about that and they charged me to another room. That was appreciated, while I was sitting up front, before unpacking, talking on my phone , a stranger came up to me and asked me if I was the police! It was eary and some crime was probably going on, not sure but I felt UNSAFE! I felt so unsafe, I immediately went to the office and requested a refund. I told the main manager ( older gentlemen- very defensive, I asked him to check his cameras) He refused, instead he wanted me to confront the guy outside and he was VERY DEFENSIVE so I started recording and that’s when he got angry and started grabbing my phone. I couldn’t believe it, so I could not reason with the guy so I left. Here I am up in CUSTOMER, went to a hotel where there are holes in the blankets, and room smells and it’s on safe, and I’m being unreasonable??? I got the heck out of there!! I’ve never been treated like this, especially being a customer that simply asking for a clean room and complaining about some stranger walking up to me, this is not cool not a way to do business.

Stayed 1 night and ended up with hundreds on bed bug bits all across my body didn't stay anywhere else and manager was rude when I finally got a answer from him had to go to motel 6 corporate for that

GROSS! NASTY! DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend a extra 10 bucks and find a better Hotel, smells like puke and old musty mold, ROACHES! And Bed bugs, just check the mattress and UN clean bedding NOT part of Corporate so you wont get any refund either

Stayed on a whim, rooms seem updated with new furniture and the staff was friendly. I guess you cant expect much with Motel 6 but this met the basic cleanliness standards. Will stay again in the future for sure,

Gross.room smell like bug spray was obviously dirty 2 a.m. I woke up to go get a drink and found cockroaches across the counter in the bathroom doesn't look like the sheets have been changed to clean they were stained unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go then I choose here I would not recommend this to anyone I should completely desperate. The bathtime had mold around it the floors were gross I had to stand on the damn towel to walk but I got out of the bathroom and the floor was just disgustingly dirty in tell from the photos

This motel was booked online, so we had no idea it was close to a railroad track!! Check in was ok, and the room was average. The bed was comfy. Early the next morning upon checkout, the clerk was hard to awaken, the door to the office was locked and a doorbell had to be rung! And there was blood on the floor with footprints in it. There was a little pull out tray that you could put your room key in to check out, but I wanted to be sure I was checked out properly. I had a feeling we were in a NOT SAFE neighborhood!!
