Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa

The experience was truly memorable. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which was equipped with modern technology. The jacuzzi was neat, clean, and spacious, adding a special touch to our stay. Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Sri Lankan recipes that were fresh and flavorful. The staff were very supportive, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hikkaduwa.

they changed us to inferior room, they did tell us the day before but they did not give us the option of the room we booked. i dont think thats acceptable. its quite isolated. the beach is very rough.

Великі, зручні апартаменти з прекрасним видом на океан і неймовірний захід сонця. Зручне розташування апартаментів по відношенню до сусідів-ви ніби одні на березі океану. Смачні і різноманітні сніданки. Вечеряли в ресторані від готелю-все смачне.

На кухні була електроплита, духовка, мікрохвильовка, але взагалі не було тарілок, виделок, каструлі, пательні. Але звернулись на рецепшин і нам одразу все принесли.

Everything was amazing, food, location, very helpful staff - specially helped us with veg food options in breakfast!

The service is a tad slow, can improve on that. Also, while the apartment is spacious, the rooms are a bit small.

Bardzo mily i zaangazowany personel. Na tle kilku hoteli, które wczesniej odwiedzilismy to zdecydowanie najbardziej czysty i komfortowy hotel. Piekny widok, rajska plaża. Hotel dla osob ceniacych ciszę z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. 1 km od hotelu plażą jest wspaniala restauracja z owocami morza The scallops .

Brakuje strefy wypoczynku przy basenie. Nie ma lezakow jest to częśc restauracyjna. Przydalyby się leżaki w wodzie lub obok. Bardzo wysokie ceny restauracji.

The room was amazing! Great views, stylish and modern. The gym was good. Good to have a washing machine in our room as we had travelled across Sri Lanka before arriving here so it was handy to be able to get our clothes washed. Staff are very friendly.

No sunbeds at rooftop pool area No courtesy room to shower in after checkout No kitchen facilities (cutlery/cooking utensils etc) Had to ask to get our complimentary mini bar refilled two out of the three days.
