The Villas at Emerald Desert RV Resort

Quiet and easy stay

The grounds and RV sites are well maintained. The Villas are very old. Doubtful if they have been renovated in multiple decades. I’m not sure how it’s possible to be clean yet dirty at the same time. It’s clear the cleaning and maintenance staff are doing their best, but it’s overall grubby. It felt uncomfortable to take shoes off or sit down. A couple bright spots: the kids had fun at the pool and the beds and sheets were very clean. Surprisingly, we slept fine for the one night we stayed. Would not stay again even at the low $100 rate.

I loved the Villa I stayed in it was very close to the Acrisure Arena. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. It had pretty much everything I needed. Small kitchen with every possible appliance and tools. The place was well stocked with every necessity in each room. They offered coffee with a coffee machine in room. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The amenities weren’t used but maybe in a less windy day it would have been great to dip into the swimming pool or jacuzzi. I was pleased with the service and attention to detail. Staff was really friendly too and helped me locate my room which I missed and drove away from since the lettering was pretty hidden but once I found the room, the parking was right upfront and easy to get to. I would only request a body length mirror if possible. I was hoping to be able to see more than just my head but otherwise I felt really happy with everything offered at this property, would stay again.

Everything was pretty awesome. The only problem was there was no hot water when showering. But it was so hot you really didn’t notice much.

It was an excellent stay, great staff greeting as you arrive. I have been to Palm Desert plenty of times & didn't you could stay in a Villa at his resort, always thought it was only for RVs only. So definitely will keep in mind for future. The only con a minor one, is that the blinds in the bedroom don't block out the sun, so could use some blackout curtains to block sunlight. Other than that great stay, recommended for all!

It was amazing!! Clean. Quiet! Very relaxing! The Villa was so spacious and comfortable. The pool had music and it was perfect! Will definitely stay again

Check in was quick and easy. The room was fantastic no issue great property patio included .. Full kitchen

Our Villa was clean and comfortable. We got in late, but getting our key and paperwork was easy. Finding our Villa in the dark was a little challenging. Once we figured out that Santa Rosa 2 that was listed on paperwork was shown on the villa as Santa Rosa II(Roman numeral), we were good to get into the place. We did not use any of the amenities on the property, as we departed the next morning. We would definitely stay there again!

this was a very large and comfortable room the dressing and bathroom area were amazing great lighting and space we were attending a wedding. All was very clean and private with the separate bungalows. However the rooms did not have in room phones so it was not easy to communicate with the front office.
