The Reserve at Hot Springs

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. The accomodations, service, and atmosphere of the Reserve was perfect. Customer service was responsive, the breakfast was a highlight of the morning, and the room was comfortable and fancy. We expect to return the next time we are in Hot Springs. We are thankful to the staff at the Reserve for taking care of our needs during our vacation.

Everything was first class! The room, the bed, the pillows, the breakfast all were superb. All of the employees were friendly and helpful as was the owner. The grounds and home were spectacular and immaculate. Road noise was the only negative but that cannot be helped. You can’t hear the noise from inside, just on the porches.

The Reserve sets an expectation for what a bed and breakfast should be like that will be hard to meet again at other locations! The aesthetic, the staff and service, the food. Everything was top notch and so accommodating. We got married on Sunday and they made us feel welcomed, excited and over all made our stay for the biggest time in our life, the most memorable it could have been. Will definitely be returning on future anniversaries

The house and gardens were beautiful!!! The room we stayed in was plush and peaceful. Even though it is located near the road, we never heard any traffic noise. The balcony was our favorite place to relax before bed. Booking online was easy. Most communication was via text. We were given detailed instructions for when we arrived. The host was very fast to reply to any questions we had. We went to Hot Springs for an urgent passport renewal and made it into a mini vacation. The downtown historic bathhouse row was only a short drive away. Lake Hamilton was also just a short drive. Lots of nearby places to eat. We used yelp to find The Best Cafe &Bar for breakfast. We used the suggestion from the visitor center downtown for lunch at Superior Bathhouse Brewery. For dinner, we found Bubba Brew's for a lakeside sunset view. The Reserve has a little book in each room that is very informative and lists great places to eat and things to do. I would suggest taking a photo of that page so it is handy when driving around the area.

We came with family for a wedding. We stayed in legacy 3. Both the main house and legacy house were so full of old charm, I felt like we were taken back in time. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The grounds were exquisite in the spring time. We can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful home with delightful accommodations. So comfortable with relaxing common areas in and outside, and a fantastic location minutes outside the hectic Hot Springs center. It was a step back in time to classic southern hospitality with modern comforts. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at The Reserve with my newlywed wife. We had the most amazing experience there. The property was gorgeous. The staff were so friendly, and made us feel unbelievably welcome. And and top of that, the food served to us for breakfast each morning was top notch. Had us looking forward to it every day. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Excellent weekend! The Reserve was a wonderful experience! The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was perfect. The breakfast was over the top! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. I would give the Reserve 10 stars if possible

I had just returned from a trip to Easter Island which was wonderful, but I wanted to start the New Year off with some Elegant Southern Hospitality! The Reserve exceeded my expectations! Perfect location, and the attention to details all spot on thanks to Katelyn! Delicious Breakfast too! I highly recommend The Reserve if you plan a trip to Hot Springs!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Reserve! The gated property, house, and décor were just stunning. It was quiet, peaceful, and the room was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding, and we really appreciated the access to high quality coffee, tea, and snacks at our convenience. This is the only place we would stay when we return to Hot Springs.
