This is a beautiful hotel located close to the port, beaches and main town. The owner Panos is soo lovely and accomodating. Him and his staff were so helpful with dinner, beach and shopping recommendations. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and pillows!

The staff is incredible and doing everything for an amazing stay. Very nice swimming pool and perfect beds!

This hotel is beautiful!! The owner really cares that you have a great stay, they’ve thought of the little details. The staff were exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you. Without a doubt, the best on the island. It’s a must stay if visiting Koufonisia!!

Small new hotel with excellent service, really clean, walking distance to the center, with pickup and drop off at the port. The room was spacious, with a nice terrace, and with breakfast delivered to the room every morning. The pool and adjacent bar was a perfect addition to our stay.

I loved literally everything about my stay at Nysis. The facility is modern, minimal, and welcoming. The people are always there to help with a smile and make sure you feel at home! One of the best experiences I had while traveling/vacationing.

This property is simply stunning. Quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. The location, quality of the rooms and pool were prefect and of the highest quality. Panayioti and Maria were incredible hosts and most welcoming. We had an amazing 4 days on Koufounisi and would not consider staying anywhere else but at Nysis Koufonisia.

Nysis turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are modern, CLEAN, and thoughtfully laid out, but still have traditional Cycladic features like a large balcony. We weren't sure if we would like the location, but it turned out to be great - right in between the beaches and the town. We were able to see the water from our balcony and see the sunset over the town from the pool. The presentation of the breakfast was lovely - it felt like a treat every morning to receive a basket and hot coffees at our door at the time we requested. When there was a (short-lived) power outage due to the wind, the staff accommodated us by offering substitute food items. People could also eat comfortably by the pool if they wanted to be with other guests. But what made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Maria and Panayiotis (the owners), and their staff, especially Sophia. They are clearly passionate about creating a good experience for their guests, and were helpful and available around the clock. I have stayed in other places in Koufonisia where I hesitated to reach out to the owners by text if I needed something, but Maria made sure we didn't hesitate to reach out, right from the start. We hope to have the opportunity to return!
