Timbers at Island Park

The pool and hot tub are very nice.

The unit was a little run down.

Convenient location, only about 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. Quiet location, just off the main road. Pool, hot tub, Sauna and rec room. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, though there was no spatula for the frying pan and the tongs were useless for what we needed them for. Crockpot came in handy. Cozy fireplace.

What’s not to like? The Apartment was definitely „dated“ but clean. The cover on the chair has seen better days and the couch was anything but comfortable. However, we didn’t spend a lot of time there so it was merely an inconvenience. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that our upstairs apartment was very warm with no Airconditioning. We kept the windows open, which kept it comfortable. We were there mid September with day time highs mid to upper 70‘s and lows in the 40‘s. Would definitely not book this in the summer months, but still a great place for the shoulder season.

For a similar priced hotel room, Timbers provided a complete condo apartment with complete supplies in the kitchen.

Reasonable location for Yellowstone access. Rustic enough to make you feel you are getting away.

Prices in the area are skyrocketing because of all the rich vacation homes. These units are just keeping pace, but are reaching their limit without more updates & repairs.

Very nice to have a full kitchen. Living room was spacious.

Bed was not very comfortable for us. The tv was tricky to figure out. The wall thermostat fell off the wall but maintenance came promptly to fix it

Quiet and peaceful with great view of a large ranch. We even saw the Milky Way in the night.

The door in a room needs to be fixed. Whenever we closed it, it made a loud noise. But this is nothing compared to all the good things.

The place staff and location and facilities were nice.. Rooms clean quiet had what was needed .Nice little apartment. Good value restaurants were near buy.

The Building with pool gym and game room didn't open till 9 and closed at 9. People like to hit gym at 6 or 7 . I like to swim late on vacation. Just till like 10 so not so rushed.

The resort was ok. The outside of the units were somewhat out dated. But the inside of the units were nice and very clean! The appliances were a little out dated. The pool and hot tub and sona was very nice! The golf course was nice but I don't play golf. Other than that not much to do on site at the resort. The nice thing about the resort it was 30 miles from Yellowstone entrance! There was other things to do around the resort which was close!
