45 - Tourist House Bologna Oberdan - Self check-in

The location was good and the apartment is spacious, it can easily accommodate 4-5 people.

The furniture might be redecorated and the heating could be better. The floor was very cold so it was uncomfortable to move around without shoes or tick slippers.

The location was excellent! The City Center was at our door step. The host was kind, receptive and easy to get a hold of. Entrance into the property was easy. It was nice not to have to worry about keys. We walked everywhere to shop and found electric bikes right outside our door to ride to Santa Luca. Also, we walked to the local ice rink for skating. It was about a 30 minute walk from the Marconi Express/train station. We would stay again!

The only thing we liked about this property was the location, which was in the vicinity of the city center.

- Cleanliness: It was not clean, white chairs around the dining table had large black stains of dirt, visible fingerprint all over the kitchenware, shower cabin was dirty and mouldy at the bottom. - Cold: No remote for the AC units were provided, and the central heating was locked on 21-22C, which considering the high ceiling and poor insulation resulted in a cold room (stayed in December). - Noise: There was no soundproofing on windows and you could hear every noise on the outside until 12-13 am, as it is in the city center with lots of people moving around in bars/cafes/restaurants down the road. All in all, I do not recommend this property at all (for the price, which was around 200e per night for me), specifically if you are travelling with a toddler. - Checkout: Although as clearly stated in the property policy, the checkout time is 10-11, around 10:30, the cleaning lady barged in and started cleaning without any notice, while we were inside the salon. - No dishwasher

Located right in the Bologna downtown, close to restaurants, grocery stores, Piazza Maggiore, and more tourist spots.

Shower was not draining properly, but owner fixed it the next day. You need to request for extra towels and pillows, and owner responded quickly.

Great apartment for a group. Wonderful location. Also the owner was very helpful.

Big bedrooms and not too hot with the tiled floor. Big bathroom and laundry also.

No proper living area. Just a kitchen with a table (no couches etc) Quite noisy with a bar/restaurant opposite the apartment.
