Location is great, host is very helpful

Noisy at some point,also we heard the garbage truck or something in the morning, woke me up, not sure what time it was. If you want to be in the centre of the town you have to be prepared for little noise

Clean, modern apartment in the heart of the city center. Owner was communicative and responsive the one time we needed help. A large map by the door of the area with points of interest. Good A/C for us spoiled Americans. Short walk from almost everything and next door to a supermarket for stocking up.

It would have been nice to have a small amount of the correct type of laundry detergent to go with the clothes washing machine or dish washing soap along with a sponge or wash cloth to clean dishes.

It was an excellent choice to visit Bologna, always a pleasure to be treated and welcomed in the right way. Guido is a fantastic host. Very friendly, and always willing to help. I was impressed by how well-organised everything was. It is essential for me to have a home away from home with a comfortable bed and shower. This airy and light apartment immediately stole my heart.

Close to everything, but Jo parking and a little loud. Other than that, Great płace!

Very good location : right in the historical center of Bologne. Ancient apartment with hi ceilings and a lot of charm. Even if we did not meet our host, he made sure we had everything we needed : if not, one can buy things and he gladly refunds things if one asks. Not noisy for a central apartment within a busy area ! Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Very easy to reach : 15 mins walk from the central station, 5 mins by taxi (10€-11€). All one needs to discover or stay in beautiful Bologna :-)

We would have liked to meet the host to go around the apartment with some small details to review but that's not a show stopper.

Great Location, apartment was really nice clean and cosy.

Location was perfect, easy to walk in tourist points. only 10 minutes walk from central station. near the house a lot of bars and restaurants, next grocery store.

Too less bathrooms, for family vacation is ok, but for business trip is too complicated. Bedrooms windows located into noisy street with garbage and every night you can hear how the restaurants putting glass bottles into the containers.
