入住不是预定的房间，入住时告诉没有房了，但是booking并没有下架房型，多次协调退了部分差额，不太满意。要一个发票需要打很多次电话，酒店一会说会发给我，一会又说没有找到这个订单，问booking的客服，也什么都不知道。最后让自己给酒店写邮件索要发票，目前还无果。感觉酒店差，booking的客服也解决不了什么问题，每次电话都要说全部的过程，没有主动的回复结果，你不去电话没有人会告诉你结果。总之非常的失望！

Schönes, grosses Zimmer zum Kanal mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Zugang zum SPA mit div. Pools, Sauna und Dampfbad.

"Everything was great!"

Everything was amazing and what you would expect from a place like this. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was what we expected and we had a very pleasant stay.

There was not much closet space in the family room with kids, thus the room was constantly exploded with clothes everywhere. The breakfast was till 11, however often a lot of breakfast option were already gone by 9. Everything was great from the hotel. Though I have to mention, in terms of price/quality comparison, for the money you pay I would expect 1 level of higher quality. A little bit more over the top. It does not effect my grading however.

"Book it"

Amazingly beautiful hotel. Just right in front of the river. Lovely and comfortable room. The breakfast was fantastic. The paid parking was extremely convenient especially as it was raining. There is an elevator from the reception area straight to the garage.
