If nine or more rooms are reserved for the same dates by the same booker, they will be treated as a group reservation, whereby different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please contact the hotel in advance in order to receive your group booking confirmation with updated policies, group rates or additional supplements. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. Bathing equipment is available to borrow. There is an additional charge to use the spa and swimming pool. Children aged 18 years and below are not allowed to use the spa. Please note that spa access requires a reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
