It was a very nice experience, except we did not have any bar soap, no wash cloths, no bath mat. The lotion and body was bottles were empty.

"Close to where I was visiting."

There is an Olympic size swimming pool, arcade area, and another swim area like water park.

The bathroom in the room was absolutely disgusting. Lots of hair on floor and some sort of yellow staining and spots all over shelf area by toilet.

"It's close to Wichita proper, the airport, and Tangayika"

Everything was wonderful! Bed was comfy, room noise was quiet. It was just perfect! The hotel and room smelled clean, looked clean, and was VERY clean and fresh! Good breakfast choices to start your day. The staff is truly EXCEPTIONAL!

The ONLY thing was (perhaps my preference) the pillows were a little too squishy, although they had 4 to choose from! Other than that, nothing to complain about!

"Good staff, but cleanliness and amenities fall short for price paid."

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Every interaction we had with the staff during our stay was great, so no complaints there. However, for the cost of the stay and the way the amenities were advertised, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The indoor pool is actually part of the Genesis Health Club, which is connected to the hotel by a long foyer and closes at 9pm. The hotel’s website can be a little misleading, the very first photo in the gallery shows the Blast Off Bay Water Park, which gives the impression that hotel guests have access to it, when that’s not the case unless you purchase separate passes. As for the room, it seemed like it was cleaned in a rush. We found hair still in the shower, the carpets were dirty, and while the bedding was clean and smelled fresh, the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to par for the price we paid. All in all, while the staff were wonderful, the amenities and room quality did not live up to expectations. Unfortunately, we’ll be choosing a different place to stay next time.
