"Great place to stay"

Our kiddo loved the waterpark and it was priced well (it is not owned by Hampton, but is connected to the hotel). It does close a little early so be mindful of that if you are planning to go to it in the evening. The location was great and the waffle bar in the morning was delish! Highly recommend.

breakfast was great location was ok rooms were super clean

family received a discount ticket from the hotel and still was charged regular price at the blast off water park , water park is small and crammed water park rate 4/10 , some staff didnt seem happy too even help . worst part called front desk too inform noisy neighbor guests and they did not care

"Perfect place to stay"

We checked in on Friday and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and accessibility of the property. The employee that checked us in was a true unicorn. She was so friendly and happy. She was handling another problem guest with patience and a smile. Bravo to her! We specifically stayed here because it was so close to Tanganyika Wildlufe Park and we were so haooy we did. Rooms were very clean and all the staff was so helpful. Couldn't give this hotel enough stars.

"Clean and friendly...but some kinks to work out."

Parking lot was safe and desk staff was friendly. Our bathroom did not have any soap and my husband had to ask the housekeeping staff. The response was that they ran out of soap. When he explained that we needed to have soap, she produced a half a bottle of Equate hand soap. I am not sure why we were not given that to begin with. The next morning, while in the shower, he discovered that the shampoo dispenser was completely empty. When he told the person at the front desk, she said she would get some as soon as possible...little help as we were checking out to continue our journey.
