Location was amazing, bath towels were enormous which was lovely. there were 2 en suites which was great.

There was a door code to get in which wasn't working. No one picked up the phone when I called around 4 times and left messages. We were so lucky that someone drove past who knew the owner and very kindly stopped and called him directly for us and sorted out the issue quickly. All we wanted to do after a long 4 hour drive from Guildford was get in and start relaxing, not stand around outside hoping that they hadn't all gone home early on a friday afternoon and that we wouldn't be able to get in all weekend. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. We had to use a bath mat as oven gloves. The microwave wasn't working (nothing got hot on any setting) the curtain pole fell down in the main bedroom and the dishwasher didn't drain so it stank.

Good position, close to Barbican

ground floor bedroom smelt of damp from the wetroom ensuite as water sprayed onto the carpet as curtain was not long enough. Ist floor front ensuite toilet was blocked when we arrived meant room was unuseable. radiators did not work on top floor or back bedroom on 1st floor. was not informed that there was a heating issue until handed keys back.

Nice apartment with plenty of space

Carpets throughout are tired, well used by previous guests.
