Extremely clean property, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The beds were amazingly comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into the lay out of the property. My teenage son wanted to move in permanently!!!!

So, I'm nit picking here, but a bin in the main bathroom would have been a bonus and a toilet roll holder.

Great location, everything you need, comfy beds and sofas. The staff in the office were so helpful and friendly, even though they were run off their feet due to British Firework Championships. We'll definitely be back.

Good quality but spoilt by the smell.

Foul smell spoilt our stay. Complaint made no response.

The location was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

On collection of the keys there was knowone at the reception, after calling 3 or 4 times one of your ladies called me back explaining that she was in another building and would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called her back and she told me the same thing 'she was waiting for customers to arrive' Finally after making us wait for 40 mins she arrived and we got the key. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but clearly spread too thin in her duties. Not a good start.
