parking- our parking space was taken and couldn’t get through to office to see if another space was free so paid for on road parking as well . address details in booking confirmation confusing

Great place in a wonderful location. Brilliant communication by the property management. Just a few tiny details could use a bit of TLC to make it truly "luxury" (in the en-suite shower there was a bit of sealant mould and the tap was coming off the wall). Thank you for our stay :)

great location for our stay. clean and comfortable. there were some youngsters living/staying next door or near by that you could hear very late at night outside the window smoking and talking, nothing horrific but it was right outside when we’re trying to sleep. went to cook breakfast and not many big serving bowls and only I cooking utensil. apart from that . it suited our requirements perfectly.

only criticism was smell of drains in wet room😩

It is very clean and quiet location, plenty of room.

We found the communication on where to pick up keys is a bit difficult. And information on car parking was not correct. I have not been communicating when the deposit will be refunded and left me worry about when will I ever get it back.

Apartment is clean and beautiful. Location is very near The Hoe.

It is a distance from the apartment . They should just leave the key at the door with a code to unlock to make it much easier. Also the deposit of 100 pounds was quite unreasonable. Should give free parking instead of charging 10 pounds for it.
