Gorgeous 3BD Cottage with Parking Nr Guildford

Having to find the intricate access, house rules and requirement to pay deposit not within the Booking.com system. Mattresses in back and study too old and soft. Torn sheets.

Very spacious, quiet and private grounds with ample parking. Good location for exploring the surrounding area. Would benefit from hot tub or more outside furniture to make better use of the space.

Very dusty in the bedrooms, grill base was dirty so we chose not to use it. Table outside was filthy, we had to clean before use. Sofa bed was not made up for our stay, we had to pull this out and put the duvet/pillow cases on ourselves.

The cottage was in a great location. It was well equipped and spacious. The standard of cleanliness was very good. The information sheets provided for accessing the property were excellent. Parking was excellent.

The bathroom cabinet over the sink made it a little hard to clean your teeth. A wall mirror might be better. This is a minor matter overall. It was an excellent facility..

Secluded, interesting location with everything you need. Mostly clean and in good shape.

Little dusty under beds and couches, but mostly spotless

Difficult to find due to my wifi connection. Needed stable cottage name plate to be on entrance doors. Confusing picture on web site shows a farm house absolutely nothing to do with stable cottage.
