I wanted a room on the upper floor and was given on main floor. As well I wanted to be somewhere quiet and unfortuntely, that was not the case. We had people banging the doors at 5AM. The also had music playing loud the evening we arrived and I should of mentioned it to the front.

Some compensation would be nice as I do not believe they ever read my notes when I booked. I also mentioned it to Jeff when we arrived we wanted something quiet.

It’s so nice to have another hotel property alternative close to Colgate University!

My bed felt a little worn and saggy. It also felt fairly expensive.
