We were sad to have such a short stay but loved the charm and welcoming feeling!

This is a wonderful place to stay!

The only thing we didn’t like is the hot tub was unavailable -( being refilled) when we wanted to use it.

Property is great - convenient to Mt Ranier National Park and Crystal Mtn during ski season

Great location, loved the hiking trails on the property and the pool/hot tub/sauna. The rental units need some updating. When we arrived, our room was very smokey with strong odors and stayed that way the whole time. The chimneys need cleaning or replaced. We would likely stay here again, but request a more updated unit if there are any.

The pool and spa were dirty and the bottom covered in algae. Something was wrong with the pool pump equipment and it kept gargling and bubbling all night. I thought the toilets were burbing, but it was the pool! Kept me up all night. The unit was clean, but the guard rails in the loft were unsafe and weak.

Really enjoyed the trails around the property and the proximity to Crystal mountain! The sauna was nice. As were the snores, hot cocoa, coffee in the reception area. Pool was a little dirty but understandable since it’s surrounded by trees. The unit had a full kitchen which was much appreciated and fast wifi!

We most enjoyed our stay while skiing at Crystal. Everything is just rustic enough that you’re not on edge that your kids will damage something yet the intention and attention to detail is perfectly infused throughout. The kids loved the s’mores, hot chocolate, and dvds (yes, dvds) while we loved the boot dryers, sauna, and elk grazing at our door. Every interaction with the staff was wonderful. The shuttle to Crystal is lovely.
