Breakfast was superb and very generous with plenty options including full English breakfast with delicious sausages from a local butcher, as well as cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast butter, marmalade, marmite, coffee, tea and milk. The location is ideal as base for exploring Lymington and the surrounding towns are easily accessible by car, bus, train or walking. A bus stop with routes to many towns (including Bournemouth) it's just a 4 minute walk and the train station is about 18 minutes away from the property. Property is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and has parking. The room has everything you need: comfortable bed, TV, en-suite shower and daily towel changes. Toiletries are provided, including soap, shampoo and hand cream. There's also a kettle with selection of teas, instant coffee, milk and biscuits, and we were spoiled with two Ferrero Rocher chocolates every day! Fraser and Maria were exceptional hosts - warm, attentive and always in great spirits. They truly made us feel welcome!

Nothing to dislike - everything was excellent, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Situated in a quiet spot within easy walking distance of High Street, restaurants, pubs and on Saturdays a large market. Easy driving to so many.beautiful locations & quaint villages. Such welcoming and attentive hosts providing exceptional breakfasts and overall good service.
