Our host, Fraser went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From goodies in the room and bathroom to cooked breakfasts and cheerful conversation. I felt like we were family!

"What’s not to like?"

What’s not to like? Great location for a bite to eat, drink and close to the Isle of Wight ferry! Fraser is a great host, one of the more welcoming of hosts, breakfast cooking skills are 10/10 Will definitely be back!!

"Real home from home"

We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.
