"Very welcoming, in a clean and very comfortable room."

Fraser was brilliant, answering my pre-arrival questions, and couldn't be more helpful while I was there. Excellent location. Spotless room. Really comfortable Hipnos bed. Great conservatory to make my own breakfast. The accommodation was in a quiet, leafy area, but a 5 minute walk from Waitrose and walking distance to the town and the Isle of Wight ferry. On site parking, and I could leave my car there until I returned from my walk to the Isle of Wight at the end of the day. Definitely, I will return the next time I return to this area. My friends plan to use this next time we are in the area.

"Great location and lovely accommodation "

Comfortable clean room with great bed and lots of complimentary toiletries. Fully stocked tray with teas, coffees and biscuits replenished each day. Service was amazing and so helpful. Great secure parking and proximity to Lymington town which had great shops, bars and restaurants. The Saturday market was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Good facilities including a very comfortable bed. Whole place appeared to have been newly done up. Friendly staff, breakfast was great. Price was very reasonable and overall it was outstanding for the price.

It was outstanding for the price. My only criticisms were that there wasn't a single dreadful ornament to send a picture of to my friend and they rang repeatedly as I was driving there (and wasn't able to answer). I wasn't late and was just enjoying a chilled drive which the calls ruined. In the end I stopped to message them my ETA. Other people may hate phone calls less.
