Highfield Coach House

I was expecting a small room, as it was advertised at 6sqm. However, it had all the amenities I needed and, much to my surprise, the sizeable, well equipped bathroom was not included in their measurements. I was delighted with the room as a result. Obviously it would be very tight for a couple, but fine for a single person.

I had stayed here on a previous trip to Lymington and was delighted to be able to book a room again. The property is only a 5 minute drive from my stepson's house, there's ample parking, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and there are toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Check-in was easy, the bed was so comfortable, and there's a Waitrose just around the corner. The property is away from the main road so it's lovely and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was thought of from toiletries to drinks. Had everything you needed. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Good amount of towels.

Only negative (minor) was hearing neighbouring room flushing toilet, Running taps and using shower.

Comfy, safe and clean room with excellent tea tray snacks and bathroom accessories. Only mention if light sleeper to bring ear plugs, walls a bit thin and plumbing heard from other rooms.

Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car. He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage. Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries. Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company. Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted. Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean. Within walking distance of the high street. Quiet location and good off street parking. Excellent service.

The location was really good for us visiting family. Shops and town close by and within easy walking distance. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely, clean and all amenities supplied. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was available at £15 each. Hosts were superb and easy to communicate with.

No fridge in the room.
