The room was great. The location perfect.

The pool should be cleaned more regularly. The water wasn't always very clear or clean.

Location is perfect, the room is a perfect size with nice amenities, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV etc etc. Great view. Staff is nice and friendly but very limited interaction which for me wasn't an issue.

the view from rooftop was amazing. toom was nice and clean. washroom was clean as well. great job!

the pool wasnt clean. they started cleaning on the day we were leaving. the in walls of pool are made out of cement and no proper tiling is done. the price was way too high. we paid it because it was malecon centre. next time, i will go for hotel zone where the prices arent that bad either but the facilities are much more.

Casa Pancha it’s a hidden gem in old town Puerto Vallarta, fantastic place to spend a couple of days, the view from the pool it’s fabulous, this is our second time that we stayed there and definitely it’s not going to be our last!

Great stay, great house, only issue were that we got bitten by bedbugs on the last night.
