Hotel was very central to a lot of things, very maintained, with daily house keeping. The view from the roof was breathtaking

Outstanding views from the rooftop terrace. Very walkable to nearby attractions (beachwalk, plaza, restaurants, nightlife, etc.) Cleanliness and decor of the rooms. Property has no elevators, so be prepared for several flights of stairs. The surrounding area is not flat, so walkabout maybe arduous for some.

Location, bathroom, bedroom, lighting, ease of getting in and out of the building

Noise at night from the streets.

Rooftop was awesome, breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, proximity to everything downtown was perfect. This is the place to stay.

The plumbing is a little temperamental, but that's to be expected in the city like this. Easy to deal with when compared to how amazing everything else was.

Very little choice and poor communication as the staff did not speak any English

I did not expect to have to climb stairs with heavy luggage to get to my room. I was expecting lifts.

No prenotification about the next door construction, loud music and people talking starts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. No solution, no communication regarding this problem. The territory smells because no washroom in the construction area.

We like the place, our room Canario PH is big. And on the top floor, the views are amazing! View from our room was amazing also.

If you have problems with stairs, this is not a place for you. the free breakfast wasn't that great. But again, it's free.

We loved the location, away from the most touristy area of ZR but with tons to do nearby including some hikes, the art studios, bars, restaurants, and just a short walk from both the Malecon as well as the area where all the buses pick up. We loved the room, the AC was really nice to have, and the rooftop was incredible - we even saw jumping whales from the roof.

The noise from the construction next door was loud, but we were mostly gone during the daytime so it was really only a bother in the mornings.
