Tropicana Garden

This is a great place to stay in my beloved Kendwa, we enjoyed our stay very much, very good value for the price. The hotel is located just a few steps form the beach, the rooms are spatious and beds are king size. Very nice big bathroom. The staff is absolutely great, always helpful. The breakfast is varied every day and very tasty. You can enjoy a show in the restaurant every evening. We will definitely come back! :o)

The room was very big, we had a private entrance to the pool with a terrace, spacious bathroom, great breakfast, the location was very comfortable- just a minute walk to the beach. The staff were helpful with anything we needed. Great value for money. Most affordable we could find in the area for very good value.

The hot water in the shower didn’t always last until the end of the second shower (maybe because our showers were quite long :) ). It wasn’t a big deal, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Only beach side was good

Bed was very uncomfortable the mattress was very old morning got back pain because of it

The location is perfect, breakfast is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Lovely sized rooms and comfy beds.

We had some issues with our toilet not flushing and then leaking. But staff were very helpful and tried to fix every time. The WiFi signal could be improved slightly as at certain times in the day it didn’t stretch to the rooms. The duvets were mattress protectors which was interesting. This could be improved slightly :)

Only the location of the facility, breakfast

We came as a group of five friends. We ordered two rooms, including a three-person room with separate beds. We paid for the rooms on site. It turned out that there was no such room in the facility. We received a standard room with two beds for 3 men!!!! A nightmare, two people had to sleep in one bed. We were supposed to get a third room, but we didn't. Every day we were deceived that tomorrow there would be a decision to refund the overpaid money. At the end we heard that it was impossible. Thieves!!! Note: They have two monkeys in captivity.

Good location, very close to the beach. Good restaurant with very good food and nice animation during the evening. The staff was kind and did their best for the guests.

The rooms need improvement, also the pool was dirty, the water was definitely not clear. The towels are as well a little overused so maybe a change would be good. We liked the little monkey Abu, very adorable, but we didn’t like that he was in a cage, I don’t know the reason.
