Location, pool The staff were very pleasant

No hot water & blocked sink on arrival. Although staff were very prompt is sorting that out. The water took 10min to become hot, and then stopped after 5min The handle for the sliding door fell off. Curtains were very thin & didnt meet, allowing people to see in. As they were set in position, I couldnt adjust then Bed sheet had lots of holes in it Although there was a lot of variety for breakfast, much of the food was not covered, allowing flies to land on it.

I really enjoyed my stay in Zanzibar in this hotel. Workers and management very friendly, live music and dances and great breakfast so great value 10/10

The G.Manager, supervisors and all the staffs were really amazing. Big thumbs up to the GM Azhar, Walid, Lookman, Tina and the all the staffs for your enormous effort in providing exceptional guest services. The food was delicious, the security and the environment was excellent, the staffs were friendly, helpful and ever smiling, the housekeeping staffs were outstanding including the entertainment teams who had great performance for the guests. I would highly recommend anyone who's willing to spend their holiday vacation to book with Tropicana without having a second thought to enjoy a hysterical holiday experience!!! ❤ 😍 see you soon!!

Great location, all the staff was amazing

The location was not far from the beach. We discovered it had a pool on the last day of our stay, although it wasnt entirely clear to us whether it is for all the guests to use, or whether it is only for those staying in the pool facing suites. The bed had an effective mosquito net, which was nice.

The room was quite dark and dingy, painted in strange color's and the main lighting was a tacky LED stripe that was hard on the eyes. Not the most relaxing place to stay. Our room had a little patio but since the patio furniture was falling apart, unfortunately, we couldn't make use of it.
