The check in and check out process was poor and staff were not too helpful Rooms by themselves were decent

The location is good. The facility provided is also good.

The floor is sticky and small particles get stuck into the foot. The water fell near the washbasin, and the toilet got stagnant on the floor. There is no provision to flow or dry.

The location is top notch you'll find everything at walkable distance, the staff is good and cooperative

The cleanliness of the place overall, the rooms are old and the washroom are really small

Room was very good and comfortable for two people but upon request an extra mattress was put @ Rs 500/- per night for the third guest.

Lack of restaurant in the premises. Laundry services were not available. Clothes drying facilities were not available. The TV was not working. Split AC was slowly working. The batteries in the remote were not changed even after requesting. Kettle was with a broken lid and was not switching off, It was changed upon request but with a broken lid. It appears maintenance was not there.
