"Worst experience- won’t recommend this stay to anyone"

1) on the first day of my arrival the hotel didn’t have my booking they gave me a temporary room, while I was happy that they were accommodative the room that they offered had a rat! It too me 1 whole day to explain that to the team as they kept refusing 2) on the 3rd day they help me change the room and gave me a smaller room where the bathroom was dirty 3) I was a solo women traveler and this is the most unsafe I hade felt in B’lore before 4) on the 5th day I had to request more than 10 times for the room to be cleaned and they purposely kept delaying

1) staff couldn’t talk English 2) delay in everything 3) unsafe unclean room 4) not suitable for women 5) not worth a penny

I had a fantastic stay! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff members were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing me with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was the ideal place for a vacation, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing stay.
