Great Western Inn & Suites - Saginaw

When I got the room after making my reservation in advance I was met with countless excuses and hoops to try to cont me as a no show save your money people this place likes to make u jump through hoops at 2 am with no intension of giving u back your money

I didnt feel at all safe

Hotel is a trap motel cops even came and toke a few people to jail. Our roo smelled like crap, was not clean and sheets were dirty with blood stains. Never ever again.

Bunch of Dudes standing outside all the time eyeballing you as you come in and out the room as if you are a burden to them. Rooms are trifling. Shower head did not work and definitely did not want to sit in that sick tub. I don’t even know how this place passed any inspection unless they paid them off. Cops raided someone in the middle of the night. Front desk gives all your info to the police so your name is run through nationwide Database which puts you in the algorithm. I live a crime free worry free life and this place had me feeling like I was on the run in skid row. Staff was friendly though and tried to help to the best of their ability. But all in all I’m the one to blame because I went cheap and got exactly what I paid for.
