I felt very unsafe. The room was very dark and dingey. There was no place for me to plug my phone by my bed. I was there for a week and they never came to my room to clean or give me fresh towels. The bathtub had rust around the drain. I as a disabled Veteran was very disappointed and will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lady i spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The morning deskclerk was rude and cussed at me. The room was cleaner than some I have stayed in and it appears some updates have started being made. The area is not conveniently located for work or recreation.

Sink stopped up and the ac unit didn’t work

It was horrible. If I took a Mr. Clean magic eraser to the wall, the eraser and the wall would be yellow. The door was so dirty and our lock didn’t work. There was hair on the pillows and ashes in the bed. I understand it’s a smokers room but there is no reason it should look and smell that bad.

I made a reservation but, there was not one found when I arrived. I am a senior with a disability. Therefore, I cannot climb stairs or be placed in a cold environment, and smoke without injury or pain. Nevertheless I was given an two story room with no heat, smoke scent and stains filled the curtains. The room was very dirty. I could not climb the stars; therefore, I had to leave my luggage in the car. I was so sick from the smoke, the climbing up and down the stairs, and no heat. It was very cold out that morning. My heart is still sadden as of March 20, 2024. Because, I am still trying to recover from being put in that position. I would never do anything wrong to anyone knowing that it would jeopardize their health and or life such as I was done at this hotel/motel. I would pray for a refund very soon

This place was the worst motel. I’ve stayed in in 30 years nothing was right bad so uncomfortable it was so old. It wasn’t enough was actually there was one towel. It was just disgusting.

Needs to be updated room was filthy missing toiletries TV not working wifi not working no coffee in the rooms
