La ubicación está bien, muy bonito el hotel y el personal muy amable.

El único inconveniente fue el tamaño de la habitación era cómoda pero por el tamaño derrepente un se siente muy encerrado.

Los controles de las televisiones y del aire acondicionado no tenían pilas. Las televisiones se encontraban desprogramadas.

"Exceptional"

This hotel is perfect for singles, couples or families. The staff is beyond helpful. The included breakfast offers absolutely everything you want. All fresh food and homemade. The rooms are very clean. The beds are perfect for me…just on the firm side. There are 3 floors and no elevator so just be aware. We walked all around the historic district. I definitely recommend this place for you to stay.

No es hotel familiar, la habitación de al lado tuvo una pareja exagerada en cuestión íntima, yo viaje con mi familia y dos niños pequeños y escuchar su plática toda la noche y su intimidad por ratos no fue para nada agradable. No me espanta eso pero creo que si viajamos con niños no es grato. Hablé a recepción y no hicieron nada y otra habitación que estaba al otro lado igualmente los huéspedes platicando como si nada siendo las 6:00 am y en cuanto a las toallas se notaban muy sucias y sin mentir se veían negras. No fue para nada agradable.

"Location was great but not the best stay"

It was very clean and easy to locate, as well as the check in process so differing we got there almost a whole day after our original check in, they were very easy to talk to and made the check in process really easy.

We had to ask the front desk after we had already settled in for the WiFi, they didn’t explain the breakfast situation, considering it’s included in your stay, we had asked them if they could fix the TV, the front desk said they would come into the room to fix it but they never stopped by, and we did need them to stop by bc the air conditioner was not working and it took over an hour of running the water in the shower to have hot water. No one stopped by and during check out they never mentioned it not did they say safe travels or anything.
