AZADE Chania

The property is retained and restored in the old Grecian way. Lovely, minimal architecture. The staff here were so helpful and accommodating , whether it was sightseeing or restaurants recommendations, everything was top notch. We dealt a lot with Xanthos and Iro, both so kind and helpful. The breakfast is also delicious and the staff was so warm. I can’t recommend this place enough. The place is spotless and the rooms are so spacious too.

It is a stunning hotel, beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable and right in the heart of the old town. Amazing breakfast with generous freshly made-to-order portions catering for dietary requirements such as gluten-free. The staff though are the highlight welcoming you like family, recommending places to visit and great restaurants to have dinner. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are well-appointed and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Beach towels are available on request and there is free parking nearby only a few minutes walk as the old town is closed to vehicles. I would come here again and this has been the pinnacle of our three week trip and has made our first time in Crete very special

My room 203, despite high studs, had someone come home late 3am or 4am… I could hear dull heavy foot steps above. I’m a heavy sleeper so surprised it woke me two nights. I should have said something earlier, though I did when I checked out.

It was perfect!!!!! Wish we could have stayed for our whole trip

Azade was truly an amazing place to stay and spend our honeymoon. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. The breakfast is incredible and so delicious and enough food to keep you full until dinner. We will definitely be coming back to Azade next time we visit and recommend it to anyone we know who is visiting Crete

What can I say, Azade is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels. The interior design is stunning, the terrace views are gorgeous and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Artemis is also so awesome, she helped us with so many things including recommendations and her professionalism was outstanding.

Parking can be an issue but make sure to go back between 3 and 5 and you’ll have many available options

A gem .. Beyond what you normally see and expect in Chania. Absolutely amazing boutique hotel . Beautiful rooms , highly served, hospitality and facilities is great . My new place to stay regularly when I’m in Chania , highly recommend.
