Location, reasonably priced, (but with a catch.)

Let's start with the "good", it's relatively close to all the things one would want to do or see in the historic district and reasonably priced but there is a catch. The lower price compared to surrounding properties comes at the cost of no A/C, and that's why it grabbed my attention. If it hadn't been for the StraBologna festival the weekend I was there, I would have relocated. The "bad": there is no A/C. Full transparency, I concede the site doesn't list it, but it also doesn't make a point to say that it DOES NOT have A/C, when on almost every other site I was looking for as an alternative highlight in the top 3 things (i.e. Wifi - A/C - Breakfast) when one looks at typical Booking.com listing. If anyone is like me, and you're bouncing between the map and details, it is easy to miss when they all have A/C and one slips thru that doesn't but the price is good....BUT that's on me for not looking at the listing closer even though this apartment is one of very few within the historic area that doesn't have A/C. The owner goes to great lengths to state that Bridal parties are not welcome in the important details section but no mention of not having A/C., (not that I can see anymore than maybe 3 people, at the most, being able to stay here.) The warmer temps come much sooner now these days and a single floor fan doesn't cut it. Next, the Wi-Fi never worked and only late on the 3rd night there did the owner send a friend around late at night to drop off a wifi portable puck. Accommodations are just OK, there's a single bed, with a trundle underneath and if the trundle is pulled out, no one is getting up in the night to use the toilet without waking up the other occupants because it's that close quarters.

Sie wirkte sehr steril, recht unpersönlich. WLAN ging nicht. Die Betten waren ein Sofa und sehr kleines Einzelbett. Nichts für große Leute. Wohnung ist recht klein.

Alloggio pulito e comodissimo per raggiungere il centro a piedi in poco tempo.
