Breakfast items not refilled and staff not particularly interested in doing so. Late check out avaliable on a 50% room charge. No free airport pick up despite coming up on the filtered search as one (later on explained to me that only avaliable on longer stays, but still feels a service has been miss sold) but this might be booking.com and their algorithms.

The breakfast has a good spread and even an egg station. It has also porridge/ congee. Large rooms, the receptionist and staff are helpful. Near to Teul Genocide museum and russian market. There are good choices of restaurants around the vicinity. The electric sockets are international sockets, no need to bring power adaptor. They are really equipped including projector on level 13, so you can really have your corporate meetings. Never add photos of room as the hotel is new and as shown in the booking.com photos.

Address in Grab is street 320 instead of 310 when you type Onra hotel. Door not soundproof enough and thus when neighbours are noisy, you don't get good rest. Swimming pool is too small for swimming. Lifts should be programmed to be in the middle floors, rather just the ground floor, leading to long waiting times.

Absolute gem. First of all - it's pretty new and not worn off. Spacious rooms, bed is comfortable, nice staff, clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. Wifi was alright, nice bathroom. I stayed there a few days and If I have discovered it at the beginning of my trip, I would never looked for another place to stay, but stayed there during my whole time in PP. Overall - very good stay.

There is nothing in particular, that comes to my mind. Maybe just a couple of things, but that's the common issue in CA - the breakfast buffet could be better. And the price could be cheaper, but again - it's quite expensive in PP when it comes to nice hotel's accommodation.
