The staff is quite responsive, but this does not cancel out the urgent repairs that are needed.

Right when you enter you are greeted by the smell of tobacco, it is everywhere and in the room. Quite dirty, stains on the floor. We had to change the hotel, of course, without compensation. Everyone is misled by the high rating

the staff :- push us to take larger room and when i said no, he make annoying face and also other staff are not child friendly

They give free breakfast although it is not stated in the booking. The host has been very nice and accomodating. The location is walkable to the centre.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the charming Izzet Baysal Street. The room was spacious, well-equipped with essential amenities, and featured a lovely balcony.

The room had too much light coming in from outside during the night which could be disruptive, and the refrigerator was quite noisy.

They mislead us, by putting photo of other apartment, and in reality the room is very small. The breakfast is so dry, they dont even have fruits. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast and parking are available at the nearby bolu city hotel. Room is very big with a balcony with table and chairs. Bed is large and comfy

Lack of soundproof. At night I could hear the loud conversation of some guests. Unfortunately they went on for hours. I had some difficult to find the hotel but for this I have to blame my app that leaded me into the wrong street (there is a sign on the right street). Breakfast is basic but good for the price. I had some problem with the key of the door. It doesn't enter/turn easily
