Great Central Location Free Parking Across the Street Room had a Great decor and Clean with Great Bathroom Internet Works Great Staff were nice and friendly

The room was VERY Hot!! Was a 35° hot sunny day, The room had no AC and no Fan... there was a window but was impossible to open it to sleep due to the super busy super loud street and neighbors having loud chats in the alley. To make it worse, i texted the property manager at 8 30pm asking for a fan or something to help cool the room a bit but received no reply. We ended up checking out at 1am as we couldn't sleep at all due to heat and noise.

Zafer is very friendly and made it easy for us to get into the apartment. The space is basic but clean. The value for money is excellent. The Internet connection is a little slow at times, but not a problem for everyday needs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown.

Spacious. This room, or i would say apartment (?) have three rooms, one master bedroom and two other rooms that fit 5 adults. One of the rooms has a baby coat! The master bedroom has a portable fan, and i kinda wish there was at least a ceiling/stand fan in each room. Because it can get stuffy... Tho yes it's cold even in summer. There is a lift! A big plus point! I arrived around 11PM and the owner came, I love that i can pay with a card! So anyway please tell them your ETA as they'll come by (no reception there) from another hotel nearby i think (their property too). Good WiFi connection! Overall, a decent place to stay for an overnight stay.

Even tho there's a kitchen area there aren't really any appliances or cutleries u can use there 😂 all those cabinets but they're emptyyy haha I wish the place was cleaner or cleanest as i can still feel that the place is lightly dusty as i walked in. There is only one bathroom. Not a dislike, but a heads up. They can't converse in English. So, you'll need to use Google translate. :)

We loved our wee apartment for 2 nights in Bolu. We had a room each & my teenager even loved the little racing car bed! Zafer was SUPER helpful with our transport to places. He & his staff were ALWAYS super friendly, helpful & accommodating. Zafer is very good google translate. Our apartment was just what we needed for a restful 2 days. The street is quiet but close to the main eating area, where everyone was friendly too. The only thing that could have been better was to have some plates & cutlery to use for takeaway foods. We would gladly here again.
