Zimmer ist sehr sauber, Bad ist groß und geräumig. Sehr schön.

Lage direkt an der Galluswarte. Muss man halt mögen😅

staff willingness -lady at breakfast

1. overpriced 2. breakfast -so many options in frankfurt..... and it was something nobody cared -poor eggs option-not even the basic was there - 3. staff was very pleased to help nut they lack their owners passion and guidance 4. one bottle of water for a traveller who arrives at 2200 hrs is the least you expect (worldwide cost is 0.17....... , minibar empty ... in the midnight i had to step out and buy some both to drink and to use my kettle... 5. towels -smaller than boarding school -soap finished not replaced -towels change took place once for the 4 days of stay. all my comments are constructively made with my wish owners or operators understand it , however needs immediate action ..... if u need further details pls contact me
