Muskoka Lake Cottages

This place is Pathetic ,no smoke detectors, no washroom exhaust, no clean towels, toilet flooding, nobody to contact regarding any service, I am surprised with Expedia to advise me to pay and stay in this kind of a cottage.

Nice, quiet , rustic cabin by the edge of the lake. There's a fridge and a large Roku TV as well as a large deck overlooking the lake Ideally all windows should have mosquito screens so we can keep the windows open at night.

It was okay had to pay extra$60 for little cat

Amazing place

Overall not a bad place the staff was very friendly the grandson was a key contributor to that. The cottage was recently updated but there were some things missed. We didn’t have any WiFi (had to hotspot for work) in our room or outside the cottage, we didn’t have a garbage can, no dish towels to dry any dishes, no face cloths, very small towels to shower with and the bed was very very firm.

We had a lovely short overnight stay at The Muskoka Lake cottage. The stay was comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We lit a fire roasted some marshmallows and star gazed until midnight

Cabin was close to the water, lake was beautiful. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Very quiet and peaceful

We got there early but they were not able to accommodate us checking in, they did offer us the use of their facilities though This resort seems like it is in the middle of an upgrade, nice owners and would return in the future

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners are friendly and working hard on their property on the beautiful Brandy Lake. Our cabin had a deck overlooking the lake, two small bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a great little kitchen area with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, even a few basic dishes, utensils and pots. We used the available kayaks and enjoyed exploring around the lake. Situated right off the highway, it is easy to find but the sound of traffic competes with the sound of the bullfrogs I'd rather hear at night. We enjoyed the firepit, perfectly situated for a lovely view of the lake. This is a sweet property, lined with stone walkways and gardens on a beautiful lake.
