Muskoka Lake Cottages

I Stayed at the Muskoka cottage which was very cute. My friend had problems with the no frills rooms. I thought it was very nice with the fire pit right outside and right on the lake. If you like camping you will love this, and if you are used to 5 star resorts you will not...personally I loved it and the price was right!

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. 0ne thing we think could be improved is communication. Also we thought a better list of items we needed to bring would be good. There was bath towels but no kitchen towels. No oven mitts. We had a wonderful few days, our teenage boys did a lot of swimming and kayaking.

The gentleman named Adi who checked us in was really nice and helpful. I also appreciated the fact I could messaged directly if I had any questions and they responded quite quickly. The cottage itself was really cute, and clean with a beautiful view! However, I initially booked it having 3 adults and 3 kids, with the possibility of a dog during the stay. It ended up being only 2 adults, and I'm glad it was. The cabin they suggested to book was quite small for 6 people. would have been a really tight squeeze to get everyone to fit comfortably.

It was absolutely gorgeous and so fun the owner was very friendly cottages whete so beautiful scenery was breathtaking not many mosquitos i woild definitely go again

Too close to main road, owners kids run around till late at night making noise and kept coming on our site, very annoying. Paddle boat doesn’t work, very swampy on hill to dock, no bbq on deck like it said. Pet fee of $75 is outrageous considering condition of cottage. Our cottage faces the owners house that had motion light that came on and off all night. No blinds on windows.
