There are 2 big spots of black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. We ended up have to leave the bathroom fan running all day. They should address the mold growing issues by removing them and install a better fan.

The location

Had to change room 2 times, terrible room maintenance, lots of issues, missing items like hairdryer, all 3 rooms with mold on the bathroom, dirty overall, not worth it

I loved my stay here, the room had everything you need - big comfy bed, a balcony, kitchen with dishes and cutlery, big fridge, lots of storage space, big table for laptop and shower with toilet of course. The AC worked well, the code lock made the arrival comfortable. One of the best things about this place it the pool and gym, but also - location! It's 8 min till metro Ana Rosa and 20 min walking till Avenida Paulista. There's a park Aclimasao nearby, as well as Pao de acucar supermarket in 5 min walking.

The street lights are quite bright, so you either have to close the curtains for the night, or use an eye mask. One time the code lock on my door stoped working. I wrote to the Charlie support on Whatsapp and it was solved in around 15 minutes.

Clean and comfortable apartment with great facilities

The location is very good and safe and the building is new, very well equipped.

There is no customer service. No reception is available and their virtual assistant is really bad, sending only roboting messages even in serious situations, where you need real support as you are the foreigner there. Also they don't speak english at the intercom, whenever they reply, which is very limiting. It was very challenging as I am used to great customer service. I hope they will improve as the structure has a good potential.

Ótima localização. Segurança. Confortável. No geral é bom, mas estava com a pia do banheiro entupida, o box poderia estar mais limpo.

O apartamento tinham muitas baratinhas (francesas) e o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente, estava muito quente nos primeiros dias por sorte o clima amenizou e ng resolveu, ficaram empurrando de uma tendente pro outro.
